During my stay, I loved how easy it was to stroll over to the Rijksmuseum and Vondelpark, which were both just a short walk away, allowing me to enjoy the beautiful Amsterdam scenery and immerse myself in the city's rich culture.

The air conditioner was very noisy.

We had an amazing time enjoying the free usage of the Personal Health Club facilities, which were perfect for a family with kids. Our room had a lovely view of the canal, creating a relaxing atmosphere for our stay. My nephew especially loved the kids' menu available at the restaurant.

In my wife’s opinion, the check-in process could be smoother. It would be great to streamline that for families with children.

Spacious room, excellent breakfast, which included a wide range of food options and a delightful morning coffee, made my stay incredibly enjoyable, especially since it was conveniently located just 4.5 km from the central transportation hub.

Everything was top-notch.

The Hilton Amsterdam's location near the canal caught my attention right away. The outdoor space offered a beautiful view that felt like an oasis from the busy city. My deluxe king room felt spacious and cozy, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Reception staff greeted me warmly. Giacomo made check-in a breeze. The ambiance set by the classic 1950s lounge music added a nice touch too. Breakfast was tasty with a good variety, but the dining area got chaotic. Not enough tables during peak hours left many of us waiting. Room service prices were quite high, making a regular meal feel like a splurge. A little more organization during breakfast would make a big difference. I had a lovely stay amidst small inconveniences that can easily be improved.

Kicking off with the culinary gems, I adored the delightful flavors from De Kersentuin and Joe & The Juice nearby. Plus, the warm front desk welcome and great happy hour at the executive lounge made my stay feel just right.

On the flip side, I was a bit miffed at the check-in confusion and the pricy room service left me with a sore wallet. Oh, and my breakfast order took ages to arrive, but they added a nice touch with compensation.

Consider asking for extra storage options if you're staying for several nights. This helped us stay organized in our spacious room.

Loved the beautiful canal view from my Deluxe King Room! The staff were super friendly, and the breakfast offered delicious pastries. Unfortunately, the TV channel selection was pretty limited. 😊

The Hilton Amsterdam features an elegant interior with spacious, well-decorated areas that make navigation easy for seniors. The staff were exceptionally attentive, ensuring I felt comfortable and welcomed throughout my stay.

More accessible seating in dining areas would help.
